Cara membuat :

Fruit Cocktail

100gr papaya, diced
100gr watermelon, diced
100gr melon, diced
100gr pineapple, diced
500ml of coconut water / soft drinks without color (sprite)
Ice cubes to taste

syrup:
150gr sugar
300ml water
3cm cinnamon
3butir pimento
4sdm lemon juice / juice


How to Make:

1. Sirup: Campur semua bahan sirup kecuali air jeruk lemon/nipis. Rebus hingga mendidih.
Angkat, saring.
Dinginkan.

2. Campur potongan buah.
Dinginkan.

3. Penyelesaian: Campur sirup gula dengan air soda, air jeruk lemon/nipis, dan potongan buah, aduk rata. Tuang ke dalam gelas saji. Tambahkan beberapa potong es batu.
Hidangkan segera

Sand Desert Ice

100gr basil seeds
250gr coconut juice
200gr grass jelly, diced
250gr fermented cassava, diced
200gr kolang fro
5sdm rose syrup
500cc coconut milk from 1 / 2 coconut

How to Make:

How to Make:

Cara Membuat :
1. Didihkan air, rebus Makaroni La Fonte dgn sedikit garam selama 10 menit, tiriskan.
Bagi menjadi 3 bagian, satu bagian diberi warna hijau, satu bagian merah dan sisanya tetap putih.
2. Masak santan bersama pandan dan 1 sdt garam sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
3. Rebus gula merah dengan air sampai larut, saring dan masukkan ke dalam santan. Tambahkan Makaroni La Fonte dan nangka.

PINEAPPLE Ice

1 can / 400 gr pineapple fruit
500ml water
5btr pimento
6cm cinnamon
500ml orange juice orange, ready to buy

Cara Membuat :
1. Potong kecil2 daging buah nenas.
Campur kembali ke dalam airnya.
Tuang ke dalam wadah es batu.
Masukkan ke dalam lemari pembeku dan biarkan sampai beku.

2. Masak air dengan cengkih dan kayu manis sampai mendidih. angkat dari api dan biarkan dingin.
Saring dan sisihkan.

3. Campur dan aduk jus jeruk orange, jus jeruk nipis, air kayu manis dan sprite. aduk sampai rata.

4. Tuang ke dalam gelas, bubuhi es nenas beku dan hidangkan segera.

Fruit Cendol Tala Ice

10bh ejection

How to make:

Sajikan

Yung Hun Ice

150gr of rice flour
Sago flour 25gr
150ml water
1sdm water whiting
Rosen syrup 300ml water
ice cube


How to make:

Cara membuat:
1. Campur tepung beras dan tepung sagu, aduk rata lalu tuang air kapur sirih dan air sedikit-sedikit sampai tepung larut, sisihkan.
2. Didihkan air, tuang campuran larutan tepung sambil terus diaduk sampai adonan menggumpal dan matang.
3. Siapkan air matangdalam baskom dan cetakan cendol. Tuang sedikit-sedikit adonan cendol, tekan2 sampai cendol keluar dan masuk ke dalam baskom. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
4. Tuang sirup rosen dalam gelas secukupnya, beri cendol dan airnya. Beri es batu secukupnya, sajikan

Selendang Mayang Ice

Sago palm flour 90gr
60gr rice flour
1sdt salt
Suji pandan leaves 400ml water
600ml water


syrup:
1000ml coconut milk
3lbr pandan leaves suji
1/2sdt salt
500gr brown sugar, sliced
700ml water

How to make:

Cara membuat :
1. Campur tepung sagu aren, tepung beras, garam, air daun pandan suji dan air, aduk sampai tepung larut.
2. Masak larutan tepung sambil terus diaduk sampai adonan menggumpal dan matang.
3, Angkat lalu tuang dalam wadah, dinginkan. Setelah dingin, potong-potong selendang mayang sesuai selera.
4. Rebus gula merah, santan , garam dan air sampai gula larut. Angkat dan saring, dinginkan.
5. Tuang sirup gula merah secukupnya , beri selendang mayang , santan, dan es batu

Red Beans Mixed Ice

Azuki beans 200gr dried
750ml water
1/2sdt salt
1lbr pandan leaves, cut into pieces
150gr sugar


Complement:
1 can peaches, drained, cut into rough
vanilla ice cream
whipped cream
1/2sdt green tea powder



How to make:
1. Azuki beans Wash thoroughly. Soak in water for 2 hours. Drain.

200gr kacang azuki kering
750ml air
1/2sdt garam
1lbr daun pandan, potong-potong

1/2sdt teh hijau bubuk



Cara membuat:
1. Cuci kacang azuki hingga bersih. Rendam dalam air bersih selama 2 jam. Tiriskan.
2. Didihkan air bersama garam dan daun pandan. Masukkan kacang azuki, rebus hingga kacang lunak.
3. Masukkan gula pasir, masak hingga air habis dan kental. Angkat dan dinginkan.
4. Taruh kacang di gelas-gelas saji. Beri peach, 1 skop es krim dan semprot dengan krim kocok.
Taburi sedikit teh hijau bubuk.
5. Sajikan segera.

Alvokat Ice Cream by Amrozi

Material:
1 kg of ripe fruit alvokat

- Masukkan Alvokat halus dan Aduk terus sampai adonan dingin, kemudian buatlah es cream dengan cara yang anda sukai

Sarikaya Ice

Sarikaya:
3btr eggs, beaten off.
50gr brown sugar, finely combed.

Ruby Ice

Materials ruby:
200gr bengkoang, cut into
½ teaspoon red food coloring
Sago flour 50gr


Materials syrup:
350gr sugar
300ml water
3lbr pandan leaves
** Boiled sugar, water and pandan leaves until sugar dissolves. **


Sauce Ingredients:
500ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
3lbr pandan leaves
¼ teaspoon salt

How to make:

Bahan pelengkap :
300gr Sari Kelapa Cubes WONG COCO (sesuai selera)
1.200gr es serut
250gr melon kuning, bntk bulat
250gr belewah bntk bulat

Cara membuat :

1. Untk merah delima :
- Campur bengkuang & pewarna merah cabai. Aduk rata
- Masukkan tepung sagu ke dlm kantung pelastik. Tambahan bengkuang yang sudah di beri warna. Kocok rata. Saring dgn ayakan.
- Rebus air sampai mendidih. Masukan merah muda deima. Rebus sampai terapung.
Angkat dan tiriskan.

2. Sajikan merah delima dgn Sari Kelapa Cubes Wong Coco, sirup , saus , & pelengkap.

Cork Ice

Hunkwe 130gr flour, ready to use
250gr sugar
1300ml thick coconut milk
200gr ripe jackfruit, cut into small dice
Pink food coloring (optional)
Plastic thick, cut the size 10 x 4 x 1 cm


How to Make:

Tepung hunkwe 130gr , siap pakai
Gula pasir 250gr
Santan kental 1300ml
Nangka matang 200gr , potong dadu kecil
Pewarna makanan pink (sesuai selera)
Plastik tebal, potong ukuran 10 x 4 x 1 cm


Cara Membuat :
1. Campur jadi satu, tepung hunkwe, gula pasir & santan, aduk rata, bagi adonan, 2/3 bagian beri pewarna pink lalu dan 1/3 bagian berwarna putih.
2. Bagi adonan warna menjadi 2, masak 1 bagian adonan warna di atas api hingga mendidih dan kental, tuang dlm loyang 8 x 20 x 7 cm. Sisihkan.
3. Masak adonan putih di atas api sampai mendidih & kental, masukkan potongan nangka, aduk rata, tuang adonan diatas warna pink, ratakan.
4.Masak sisa adonan pink di atas api hingga mendidih & kental, tuang diatas warna putih. Dinginkan sampai keras.
5. Potong2 kue ukuran 1 cm, bungkus dgn plastik,
simpan dlm freezer hingga beku.

Fruit Soup

150gr papaya, diced

100cc sirup nanas

500cc Fanta jeruk
1bh jeruk sankis, potong-potong


Cara Membuat:
1. Campur air, bubuk jeruk, air jeruk & sirup nanas, aduk rata.
2. Tambahkan air jeruk lemon, aduk rata.
3. Simpan dlm kulkas.
4. Bila akan disajikan, masukkan Sprite & Fanta jeruk, aduk rata.
5. Tambahkan irisan jeruk sankis,

300gr nanas, potongan
200ml air
50gr gula psir
1/4sdt garam
2cm kayu manis
2sdm sirup strobery
2kaleng minuman bersoda manis

Cara membuat:
1. Rebus nanas, gula, air, garam & kayu manis sampai matang.
Angkat & biarkan dingin
Blender sampai lembut
2. Tuang sirup kedlm gelas.
Tambahkan nanas blender. Tuang minuman bersoda manis & es batu

100gr nata de coco

3bh ubi manis ungu, kukus, bntk bulat

1. Campur santan, garam & gula psir.
Didihkan, angkat.
2. Masukkan esens frambozen ke campuran santan, aduk rata, sisihkan
