Red Beans Mixed Ice

Azuki beans 200gr dried
750ml water
1/2sdt salt
1lbr pandan leaves, cut into pieces
150gr sugar


Complement:
1 can peaches, drained, cut into rough
vanilla ice cream
whipped cream
1/2sdt green tea powder



How to make:
1. Azuki beans Wash thoroughly. Soak in water for 2 hours. Drain.
2. Boil water with salt and pandan leaves. Enter the Azuki beans, boiled until soft peanut.
3. Enter the granulated sugar, and cook until the water runs out and condensed. Remove and let cool.
4. Place the beans in serving glasses. Give a peach, a shovel and a spray of ice cream with whipped cream.
Sprinkle a little powdered green tea.
5. Serve immediately.
