Selendang Mayang Ice

Sago palm flour 90gr
60gr rice flour
1sdt salt
Suji pandan leaves 400ml water
600ml water


syrup:
1000ml coconut milk
3lbr pandan leaves suji
1/2sdt salt
500gr brown sugar, sliced
700ml water

How to make:
1. Mix the sago palm flour, rice flour, salt, water, pandan leaf suji and water, stirring until flour is dissolved.
2. Solution Cook, stirring constantly until flour batter and cooked to clot.
3, Remove and pour in a container, refrigerate. Once cool, cut into pieces according to taste Virgin scarf.
4. Boil brown sugar, coconut milk, salt and water until sugar dissolves. Remove and strain, let cool.
