Cork Ice

Hunkwe 130gr flour, ready to use
250gr sugar
1300ml thick coconut milk
200gr ripe jackfruit, cut into small dice
Pink food coloring (optional)
Plastic thick, cut the size 10 x 4 x 1 cm


How to Make:
1. Mix together, hunkwe flour, sugar & coconut milk, stir well, for the dough, 2 / 3 parts and then put the pink dye and 1 / 3 part white.
2. Divide the dough into 2 color, 1 part cooked color dough on the fire until boiling and thickened, pour the pan within 8 x 20 x 7 cm. Set aside.
3. Cook the white dough on the fire until boiling & thick, enter the jackfruit pieces, stir well, pour the batter over the color pink, smooth.
4.Masak pink remaining dough over the fire until boiling & thick, pour over white. Refrigerate until hard.
5. Potong2 cake size of 1 cm, with plastic wrap,
stored within the freezer until frozen.
