Yung Hun Ice

150gr of rice flour
Sago flour 25gr
150ml water
1sdm water whiting
Rosen syrup 300ml water
ice cube


How to make:
1. Mix the rice flour and sago flour, stir well and then pour water whiting and water in small increments until the flour dissolves, set aside.
2. Boil water, pour the flour mixture, stirring constantly until the dough is lumpy and mature.
3. Prepare a basin of water and mold matangdalam cendol. Pour a little batter cendol, tekan2 until cendol out and into the basin. Do it until the dough runs out.
4. Rosen Pour syrup in a glass to taste, give cendol and water. Give ice cubes to taste and serve
