Cendol Rainbow Ice

100gr Macaroni (elbow) La Fonte
Sumba red and green
750ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
4lbr pandan leaves, cut into pieces
3ptongan brown sugar
250ml water
2sdm jackfruit, cut into small


How to Make:
1. Boil water, boiled Macaroni La Fonte with a little salt for 10 minutes, drain.
Divided into 3 parts, one part are colored green, one part red and the rest remained white.
2. Cook the coconut milk with pandan and 1 teaspoon salt, stirring until boiling.
3. Boil sugar with water until dissolved, strain and put in the coconut milk. Add Macaroni La Fonte and jackfruit.
