Ruby Ice

Materials ruby:
200gr bengkoang, cut into
½ teaspoon red food coloring
Sago flour 50gr


Materials syrup:
350gr sugar
300ml water
3lbr pandan leaves
** Boiled sugar, water and pandan leaves until sugar dissolves. **


Sauce Ingredients:
500ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
3lbr pandan leaves
¼ teaspoon salt
** Boiled coconut milk, pandan leaves, & salt while in stir until boiling. **


Supplementary materials:
Sari 300gr WONG COCO Coconut Cubes (optional)
1.200gr shaved ice
250gr yellow melons, round bntk
250gr round cantaloupes bntk

How to make:

1. Ruby by its owner:
- Mix the red chili yam & dyes. stir well
- Enter into sago flour sac within pelastik. Additional yam that has been in the given color. Beat well. Strain with a sieve.
- Boil the water until boiling. Put pink deima. Boil until the float.
Remove and drain.

2. Serve with ruby red Sari Wong Coco Coconut Cubes, syrups, sauces, & complement.
